This was to replace a junker mattress that came with our RV's foldout sofa, and it arrived almost as fast as we'd hit the ENTER key. I unfolded it and allowed it to expand as per the directions but found it was larger by a bit than the one we'd ordered. However, it did fit. Perfectly comfortable and perfectly as described, cheaper than WalMart's unit. When the shipper was informed about the size error we were offered an immediate refund, replacement or adjustment and they were very gracious about it. We decided to keep what we were first sent, and recommend it highly.

We've had a variety of guests with back problems using our sofa bed. We didn't realize how bad the original 4.5" innerspring mattress had gotten until one of the guests took it off the bed and just slept on the floor. This first time we used it with our guests, we put the newly purchased pad on top of the original mattress. It was comfier than our 18" high mattress in the master bedroom. And the visitor (another one with back problems) had absolutely no trouble with it whatsoever.
