This review is from: Heavy Duty 7-Leg Adjustable Metal Queen Size Bed Frame With Center Support, Rug Rollers & Locking Wheels Let's try this again. Arrived on time but box was in terrible shape. It looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse forever and bugs had eaten through parts. The part of the frame where the headboard attaches was bent so I am not sure how that is going to work. The package was also missing a bolt so I couldn't attach one of the supports. Frame holds up the bed but I expected more. 2K Furniture Designs offered me a refund and asked that I take off the comment. I wrote a previous review stating I was happy it came early but the directions were not easy to follow, but once I figured it out it was fairly simple to put together. Well I received a call from 2K saying they would pay me to remove the comment and I think they removed it regardless. The product is working well for me but I'm not sure it's right for a company to pay people to delete reviews. I will stick with my 3 stars.
